Imani Greer, originally from Madison, Wisconsin, discovered his passion for cooking at the tender age of 8. Progressing from high school culinary classes to completing formal culinary school, he embarked on a culinary journey that led him to various cities. The path meandered through the Midwest, Chicago, the West Coast in Boston and New York, the southern charm of Atlanta, and even delved into the world of sushi in the Virgin Islands. This diverse expedition cultivated a fusion of global flavors, creating a culinary melting pot.

With 21 years of experience spanning fine dining, farm-to-table, hotel/resort establishments, and private chef and catering services, Greer distilled his culinary expertise into a concentrated, quick-service bowl menu. The inception occurred during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 when he initiated a meal prep service for a plant-based gym in Oakland, California. The resounding success and enthusiastic client reviews prompted a shift towards a full-fledged restaurant concept, delivering "a la minute" fresh-to-order meals.
